If like me, you’ve been looking for the ideal mascara for years and haven’t found it, you’re always skeptical when a new mascara comes out claiming to be the cure-all. Blinc Kiss Me mascara promises to be the solution to all of our mascara woes, but is it worth it at such a hefty starting price?
Take a look at the list of Blinc Mascara claims below to see how much more it promises to accomplish than all the other mascaras on the market:
It is not oil-based paint. It does not clump, flake, run, or smudge. It adds volume and length. Fewer ingredients make it lighter on lashes. Does not penetrate skin or lashes.
Lasts longer without drying out in the bottle-Stays on when sweating, crying, or rubbing your eyes. Leaves no tint or residue build-up on lashes-Ideal for sensitive eyes and lashes
So they say, the evidence of the pudding is in the eating! So I gave it a try since I have yet to find a mascara that keeps my lashes in place. The secret to Blinc Kiss Me Mascara’s success is that it forms “Tubes” around the lashes rather than painting them, which prevents them from running, smudging, clumping, or flaking. This evaluation is based on a two-week trial period in order to give it a thorough examination.
The application of Blinc Kiss Me Mascara is a bit different since the recipe isn’t oil-based. In between coats, do not let the Blinc Mascara dry; instead, build it up to your desired lash length and volume before letting it dry. Blinc Kiss Me Mascara takes minutes to dry, so don’t blink for more than a few seconds or you’ll smudge it (this is the only time you’ll be able to smudge it!). Et voila, you’ve tubed your lashes, which now seem thicker and have a healthy sheen.
Blinc Kiss Me Mascara Not WaterProof but Water Resistant
On a Sunday in June, the two-week experiment begins (play day with the kids). Blinc Kiss Me Mascara does not promise to be waterproof; rather, it claims to be water-resistant. However, a trial run in the pool to evaluate its water-resistance should not be overlooked.
What’s the end result? It’s not unexpected that the face was covered with tubes shortly after being dipped by the Husband (little git), thus it’s not waterproof (water resistant test later).
A new application was applied when I changed my swim. Before you begin, avoid using an oil-based cleanser. It was a beautiful summer day, about 27°C (80°F), thus ideal circumstances for testing this sunscreen-infused product. It’s also good for contact lens wearers and sensitive eyes. I had my contacts on and was ready to go.
The rest of the day was spent shopping, then going to the in-laws to take the kids to the park, and then returning home. Later, I looked in the mirror (Blinc Mascara had been on for about 9 hours) and saw nothing! That’s correct; nothing occurred; Blinc Kiss Me Mascara remained where it was put on the lashes for the whole day, and it performed admirably.
The day ended with a shower, but this mascara remained in place; just don’t touch your eyes after they’ve been wet, and you’ll be good. I was sufficiently pleased after the first day that it had done exactly what it stated on the box.
With one exception, Monday was a regular weekday. At noon, there was no need to use any more mascara. In the evening, all you needed was some warm water and your fingers to remove Blinc Kiss Me, Mascara. Splash your eyes with warm water and gently massage your lashes between your fingers, and those water-resistant tubes will just fall out of your fingers.
Blinc Mascara On-No Panda Eyes
The remainder of the week followed a very similar pattern until Friday. The only item that didn’t need to be touched up was the Blinc kiss me mascara. It was an office parting party, so naturally, we went to dress ourselves up before going out. It was still going strong after an evening at a restaurant and a night out in the clubs, with no touch-ups needed.
Needless to say, I arrived home quite early the next morning and was a bit worse for wear, so you can guess I went to bed wearing full war paint. When I woke up the next morning, apart from a terrible headache, the Kiss Me Mascara had remained on-no panda eyes, but shame on the rest of the make-up! Very untidy.
The remainder of the weekend was routine, with the same performance from the Blinc Mascara as the previous weekend, and the rest of the week was also regular, until Thursday.
I was feeling a bit under the weather Wednesday night and awoke Thursday morning with a full-blown cold. Nevertheless, persevering through the workday yielded an unexpected outcome! Kiss Me, Mascara, by Blinc has smudged! I think I was a bit rough and frequent with rubbing my eyes, which resulted in smearing, which was little but needed to be touched up.
My concluding views on the Blinc Kiss Me Mascara are that it checks all the criteria; it may not be waterproof, but who needs waterproof when this water-resistant mascara outperforms them all on a daily basis? Blinc Kiss Me Mascara has been shown to be a long-lasting mascara that may be used throughout the day and night.
As far as I can tell, the only drawback is that it isn’t waterproof, but what mascara is really waterproof? Why use a waterproof mascara when a water-resistant mascara can do the job just as well while being much easier to remove? This Blinc Kiss Me Mascara should be in everyone’s makeup bag.
