Talking to a news portal, he opened Getting into and out of a character. Talking about it, he shared a funny anecdote when he was scolded for behaving like one of his characters. To deliver a good performance, the actress dived so deeply into Sonia’s character from Aitraaz that she stayed with her even after the film. Priyanka has been impressing the audience since her debut film in 2004. In the same year, she received critical acclaim for her breakout role in her third Bollywood film, Aitraaz. The romantic thriller featured Priyanka in a powerful character which impressed everyone. In fact, the role was so strong that it stayed with her even after the film that she started behaving like her character Sonia in Aitraaz. In a recent interview with Film Companion, Priyanka Chopra revealed that she gets into the character being a methodical actress. The actress recalled that she walked slowly, spoke deliberately, picked up coffee and slowly looked like Sonia. This came to the notice of her mother Madhu Chopra, who then scolded her and told her to click the picture when she was returning home. Her mother even filmed her to show how she really behaved and was embarrassed. The actor mentioned that she was young and nervous at that time. It was a big role and brought it home because she didn’t want to get it wrong. Priyanka told that she worked with Akshay Kumar and Kareena Kapoor who were big film stars of that time.

On the work front, Priyanka Chopra Jonas has an amazing lineup of upcoming projects. Besides Citadel, which will stream on Amazon Prime Video from April 28, he has romantic drama Love Again releasing in May. He also has a Bollywood project in the pipeline. She will share the screen with Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt in Farhan Akhtar’s Jee Le Zara. Recently, the actress announced Heads of State alongside John Cena and Idris Elba.
