Tennessee native who shares son Bentley14, with ex mackey bookout and son jagger4, and daughter StellaMackenzie, 3, has had bad luck with the law lately, as she was arrested about a week ago for violating her parole. He was arrested on March 1 and accused of harassing Mackenzie just days after she filed for divorce. Mackenzie was granted both a restraining order and temporary custody of their children at the time of the filing.

When Ryan appeared in court on March 14 and entered a preliminary guilty plea to the assault charge, Judge Stearns dropped most of his charges, which stemmed from his previous arrests – including stalking, drug possession and violating a protection order. The judge also ordered Ryan not to have any contact with Mackenzie, nor post about her on social media, and to wear a GPS monitor.

Ryan was also ordered into rehab, which he left early, which led to his arrest on April 7. And because he failed to complete his six-month rehab stint, Stearns on Thursday reinstated his prison sentence of 11 months and 29 days.

“I’m going to revoke the 11 months and 29 days of custodial probation,” Stearns told Ryan in court, per Sun, “At some point, I might send you to rehab. Now you won’t do it. It’s because the addiction is so strong. You can’t do it. You have to grow up and save yourself. I want to do that.” Going to do what I can to save you.

Ryan is due back in court on June 12 for charges related to his April 7 arrest.
